Some fortunate Code Four Show Stables horses and riders escaped the cold Virginia winter to spend some time showing on the Gulf Coast Winter Series in Gulfport, Mississippi. After the results of the first three weeks, a variety of ribbons now decorate the tack room banner, including blues!
Amanda Hood and her Dealbreaker have jumped to success in the Children’s/Adult Jumper section, taking an impressive win during Week 3 and placing second during Week 1.
Other blue ribbon winners include Calmar 3 and Dealbreaker with Tiffany Cambria in the jumper ring.
Vavoom has jumped impressively as well, adding to his excellent record in the Young Jumpers. This year, in the 7-/8-year-old 1.30m Young Jumpers, he’s consistently in the ribbons among some talented young horses spending the winter in Mississippi.
In the hunter ring, Guy Cambria and Andrew have enjoyed excellent ribbons in the Performance Working Hunter 3’3″-3’6″ section throughout the three weeks. They also enjoyed an outing in the USHJA National Hunter Derby during Week 3.
